Mildred M Stewart

Mildred M Stewart, 91, of Mount Ida, AR passed away July 14, 2024, at the Montgomery County Nursing Home. Mildred was born September 28, 1932, in Buckville, AR. to Emmett and Edith Morrison. Mildred is preceded in death by both her parents, granddaughter Ginny Darby, brothers OV Morrison, Doyle Morrison and Carl Morrison. 

 Mildred is survived by daughter Kathie Jostad and husband Doug, son John Edward Stewart, grandchildren Chris Darby, Jimmy Darby and wife Micah, Savannah Stewart, and John Drew Stewart, and 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. 

Visitation will be Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 4 to 6 pm at Thornton Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday, July 19, 2024, at 10 am at Oakwood Cemetery. Bro. Scott Jones will officiate.
